Ongoing Consulting Support

Once an organization has gone through the assessment and training phase, The Greater Us can provide further development and ongoing support in a variety of ways. These can include (but are not limited to):
Working Groups

The Greater Us consultants work with internal working groups on specific issues, which can range from hiring and retention, formation of employee resource groups (ERGs), communication strategies, the creation of internal or external advisory groups, and more. Working groups typically meet for 3-5 sessions over a period of a few months. 

Policy development

The Greater Us can support with the development of internal policies and procedures, offering advice and suggestions through an equity-focused lens. 
Employee coaching & support

Employees who need support with respect to internal issues can find it helpful to consult with a knowledgeable outside resource. The Greater Us can provide support and advice as needed to employees who have questions that they would like support on before approaching management.

Ad hoc consultation

Once the main body of work has concluded with an organization, leaders frequently find it useful to be able to reach out on an as-needed basis for advice, support, and questions on equity-related matters. We are always happy to serve as a resource.
