The coaching industry is waking up to the need for greater awareness of how people's identities and lived experiences impact how they walk through the world. There is greater possibility for client relationships to deepen and to live vibrantly when coaches have personal and systemic awareness about difference, as well as effective tools for how to communicate across those differences.

Led by The Greater Us' Consultant & Equity Coach Jessie Justin and Founder & Principal Leena Akhtar, this 5-session series is for coaches who want to develop greater self-awareness, build courage to action, and move from a place of defensiveness or confusion to one of curiosity, humility, and awareness.

Topics that will be covered include:

• Diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI) and the coaching industry

• Understanding power, privilege, and oppression and how these might impact coaching dynamics

• Identity-based personal work
• System- and cultural-level awareness of how inequity is perpetuated and how coaches can interrupt this

• Actionable change items and opportunities for practice

Limited places are available to allow for small-group discussion. This workshop is sliding scale ($500-$1250).
